I recently completed a new work entitled Third Life,
currently on view at the CRL in Austin, TX till Nov. 8.
Third Life consists of a giant geometric rendering of
Michelangelo's popular image of the hand of God and Adam
from the Sistine Chapel, separated by a pairing of two optical
illusions, the Penrose Triangle and the Necker cube. The painting
is glowing brightly, lit by black lights from above.
BASICALLY:
God created Man,
Man created The Internet,
The Internet created _______.
